I have been a resident here for one week. Moving in was made easy and all the staff and residents have been very friendly. I can’t wait for the Kentucky Derby party on Saturday. Moving to Overture was one of the best decisions I made in 2021 when I had been recently widowed. I had been living in an independent/assisted living facility that was beginning to look more like a nursing home.

Overture Kierland was new, so it's very beautiful and very clean. I just didn't like paying extra for the water and the electricity. They didn't offer meals other than Continental breakfast in the morning. I went to one of their parties and they had a dance instructor and it was very nice. The people that attended were not exactly of my economic bracket.

My husband and I are enjoying our downsized , maintenance free life style at Overture Kierland. This is the first time in years that I have rented an apartment. This facility is a wonderful experience where everyone is socialable , friendly and people go out of their way to be helpful. The maintenance team is friendly and also helpful if you have a problem.
