Usually on Fridays the residents get together for happy hour, they are a fun group ??. Since moving to Overture Kierland, I have experienced the highest levels of professionalism from the very friendly office staff and highly competent maintenance staff. They are a great team, and I am so glad I moved here.
We are enjoying being a part of the Overture Kierland community. Decor is beautiful, halls are very open and bright, every area is clean, and, spacious apartments. Has 3 shopping centers within 0.5 miles, which is about a 9-minute walk.

Of course, if needed we will continue to check to make sure your items are in working condition. All the apartments include blinds, but we will not provide curtains or coverings. Lastly, with many mid-rise buildings it is common to have door to door trash service.

They looked like high class Scottsdale people, but the personnel was very nice. They had a little balcony, which was scary because I'm scared of heights and it didn't give me as much feeling of security. All the residents are very friendly and welcoming.

I am still fortunate to be active and social and found Overture to be one of the best moves I could possibly have made. We are enjoying our stay here, almost 2 years. Made a lot of friends, involved with a lot of things going on. The office and maintenance people are great. Ratings are on a scale of 1 to 10 and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data.
If I weren’t moving to another state I would spend the rest of my life here. The high ceilings, nice flooring, new style rug, clean neutral colors in the design and elevators are what really caught my eye. All of the office staff are friendly and attentive to any questions I had during the tour and after I moved in. The maintenance staff has been very helpful. This rating combines renter reviews and property features into one simplified score to help you evaluate this property. Not all features are available in every apartment. Prices and availability are subject to change. The staff is superb, the apartments are lovely, and the amenities are amazing. Overture has a well-maintained, clean building and the staff and maintenance crew are terrific.

The district of Westend has always been a preferred residential location in Frankfurt am Main.
